As a serial entrepreneur, she's learned that clear, consistent communication is one of the most important ingredients for both happy clients and thriving businesses.

Meagan focuses on developing systems and processes that keep the East 9th team organized, efficient, and connected while helping clients enjoy the exciting journey of building a custom home. She believes that when everyone understands their role and communicates well, the entire building experience becomes more enjoyable for everyone involved.

A lifelong sports enthusiast, Meagan often brings a team-first mindset to business. She believes people do their best work when they're operating in their strengths, and there's nothing more rewarding than watching a talented team come together to accomplish something meaningful. That philosophy is at the heart of East 9th's collaborative approach to building.

To Meagan, marketing is more than promoting beautiful homes—it's authentic storytelling. She loves sharing the story of East 9th, celebrating the talented team she has the privilege of working alongside, and getting to know the stories, dreams, and families behind every home they build.

Having been raised in Salado, Meagan considers it a privilege to build homes for families in the community that shaped her. Outside of the office and job sites, you'll find her cheering on her kids at their sporting events and activities, playing mahjong or pickleball, and spending time with friends and family.
