BEAR ROSAMOND

Bear serves as East 9th's CFO and Builder, bringing together decades of construction experience with a strong financial background. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the construction of more than 1,200 homes across Mississippi, North Carolina, and Texas, where he has proudly called home since 2012.

With a degree in Finance and extensive hands-on building and development experience, Bear provides a unique perspective that benefits both our team and our clients. During the pre-construction phase, he enjoys helping clients evaluate homesites, understand budget impacts, and make informed decisions that align with their vision. He also works closely with our designer, Cortney, and our architect to ensure every detail is thoughtfully incorporated into the plans before construction begins.

Family is at the heart of everything Bear does. Outside of work, you'll most often find him coaching his son's baseball team, spending time at the lake, hunting, or simply making memories with family and friends.
